In our possession is a credible and reliable sketch/map left by a Japanese General last World War II, pinpointing the exact location of buried Treasure currently estimated at $777,000,000,000.00. It is now guarded in the mountain by our native inhabitants. Interested parties are welcome for negotiation.

1. Sale Price - Negotiable
2. The amount to be agreed shall be deposited in the bank, in my name by escrow account and can only be withdrawn after the positive confirmation of the treasure.
